Covid-19 Policy

If you are fully vaccinated, you are welcome to remove your mask during the massage time, if you would like to do so. Masks will still need to be worn in common areas, such as the lobby and halls. We only ask that you have a valid vaccination card to present to your therapist when you arrive for your massage.  We will keep a copy of it in your file for liability purposes. Masks will still be worn by therapists during the sessions.   Also, clients with valid proof of vaccination no longer need to wait the 2 week period after commercial travel, as the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) has deemed the quarantine to be unnecessary for vaccinated people.

MASKS ARE STILL MANDATED in the office at all times for clients who have not been vaccinated.  Masks are required to be worn during the duration of the time in our office. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask you will not be permitted to get a massage in our office at this time. If you have traveled out of the country or to an area with a high rate of infection within the last 2 weeks we ask that you wait to book a massage until 2 weeks after your return to the area. If you have been ill or had a temperature of 100*F or higher we ask that you wait 2 weeks after you recover to book a massage.

Please download & complete the Covid-19 Questionnaire & Release to bring to your session.

Cancellation Policy

There is no penalty if you wake up with cold or flu symptoms or have a fever and need to cancel the day of your appointment, but let us know as soon as possible.  We will waive the cancellation fee, but you will be unable to reschedule your massage for 2 weeks after any illness.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice for massages 1 hour or less and 48-hour notice for massages over 1 hour, couples massages, and Four Hands Massages.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the office at (919) 928-2934. If we don’t answer, leave your information on our chat platform available at the bottom of each page of the website.

Sorry, cancellations made via email are not accepted. We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time. Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit to be used at a later date. Any refunds will be subject to a credit processing fee. Insurance

We provide a therapeutic massage, which is non-medical. We do not work with insurance companies. Any communication with insurance companies is solely the client’s responsibility. We are strictly a private-pay facility.

Late Arrivals Policy

We suggest all clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows time to complete paperwork, and begin on time. Please note that therapists are only permitted to work up to 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment end time. If you are late, your massage time may be shortened in order to comply with the office schedule. The full amount for the service is still due.

New Clients

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork, communicate your needs with your therapist, and begin your session on time.

If you would like to shorten the time it takes to do paperwork in the office you can download, print, and complete your New Client Form to bring to your first session.

Returning Clients

For returning clients, please plan on arriving 5 – 10 minutes early to allow for a short follow-up form, and communicate your needs with your therapist.  If you arrive late, the session will still end on time and full payment will be expected.  Therapists are not permitted to work past the scheduled end time of the session because they need time to clean the table, linens, do paperwork and prepare for the next client.

Returning clients can also download, print, and complete their forms prior to arrival.
